Police Report: A Roundup of Recent Activity

Police report for June 27- July 4.

Foxborough Police report for June 27- July 4.

The saw approximately 3,400 runners and
walkers. The race went off smoothly, with no major incidents reported. 

Police activity roundup: 

  • 24 custodies including OUI, Domestic violence crimes and three for Protective Custody. 
  • Two home break-ins were investigated 
  • Two brothers from Walpole were arrested on drug charges Saturday after police allegedly found heroin inside their car. They were driving on Lakeview Road, when off-duty Foxboro police officer James Payne reported seeing the car moving erratically. The brothers are scheduled to be arraigned in Wrentham District Court on Tuesday, July 5. 
  • Five cars have been stolen. All of the vehicles were left unlocked and a few had the keys inside. Police recovered one of the stolen vehicles on Belcher Court, along with a car stolen from Rhode Island.
