Foxborough Police Log: St. Patrick's Day Arrests
Four OUI arrests in an 8-hour time period.
St. Patrick's Day celebrations were a headache for the Foxborough Police Department. A total of four people were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in an eight-hour period on Friday, March 18.
St. Patrick's Day - Protective Custody: Three people were taken into protective custody for public intoxication directly outside Waxy O'Connor's Irish Pub & Restaurant. A fourth man was found walking on Chestnut Street, near the Pub.
Driving under the Influence, Waxy O'Connor's parking lot. At 12:45 a.m. March 18, Kerri E. McCluskey, 22, Plainville, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol. Rachel E. Silva, of Foxboro, a passenger in the vehicle was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
OUI arrest, Route 1. At 2:27 a.m., March 18, Richard Paul Tetrault III, 20, of Medford, was arrested on charges of OUI and a marked lanes violation.
Alcohol Related Accident, 207 Cocasset St. Foxborough Police respond to a car off the road and down an embankment into the woods. The driver was transported to the hospital. He was administered a blood alcohol breath test at the scene, showing his level to be three times the legal limit.
OUI arrest: Scott C. Staruski, Mansfield, was charged with an OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
OUI arrest: Michael T. Griffin, 23, Medway, was arrested on charges of OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
OUI arrest: Richard P. Carnevali, 56, Attleboro, was arrested on his fifth charge of OUI.
