It was a cooler week in Foxborough, as temperatures finally let up, allowing residents relief from the heat. The week ended with the last Concert on the Common of the summer season. National Night Out, the annual Patriots practice for Foxborough residents and a special permit hearing rounded out the week's top stories. Here is a rundown of what you may have missed:
