The event was comprised of a brief 30-minute panel discussion and Q&A session to provide tips for families to make small, easy changes to get healthy. The panel included a New England Patriots player; Julie Menounos, Stop & Shop’s first in-store nutritionist; Ed Hurley, president, Hockomock YMCA; and Karen Zangari, registered dietician, on behalf of the New England Dairy Board.

The panel and Q&A session was followed by an energetic HOPSports fitness routine right on the New England Patriots’ practice field, led by Brandy Cruthird, owner of Body by Brandy Fitness Studio in Boston.
