Don Rodman, philanthropic hero, turns 80 today!

Happy 80th birthday Don Rodman!

Today, May 20, is not only a celebration of Don Rodman's birthday but it is also as a celebration of a local hero. Rodman, a household name in Massachusetts, opened his first Ford dealership in Foxborough in 1960. His automobile growth exploded from that point marking significant milestones for the company including the 2001 grand opening of the state-of-the-art Ford store and Quick Lane on Route One.

Along with Rodman's passionate commitment to his automobile empire, is his passion for philanthropic endeavors. Rodman is the founder of the Rodman Ride for Kids, which raises funds for nonprofits that serve at-risk youth.
