FY 12 Approved CIP Requests For Foxborough Schools
School Committee approves funding.
The Foxborough School Committee approved the funding for the FY 12 Capital Improvement Plan Requests, March 21, as previously approved by the CIP committee on March 12.
The original CIP requests for FY 12 were as follows:
- Computers/Hardware/Software Upgrades - $195,000
- Two full size school buses - $164,000
- One Mini school bus - $56,000
- Three copiers - $45,000
- Burrell school paving/curbing -$250,000
- Burrell school statement of interest - $10,000
- High school paving/curbing - $600,000
The CIP Committee approved the following requests from what was originally requested.

- Two full size school buses - $164,000
- One mini school bus -$56,000
- Three copiers - $45,000
- Burrell school paving/curbing - $220,000
The approved total comes to $630,000. $580,000 of free cash and $50,000 from building rental will be used to fund these requests.
The school committee approved the funding in a 5-0 vote on March 21.
