Fusion 5 in Foxborough to Participate in Balloon Release For Camden Pierce Hughes

On Saturday, May 21 Fusion 5 in Foxborough will participate in the Balloon Release event for Camden Pierce Hughes.

On Saturday, May 21 at 6:00pm, Fusion 5 in Foxborough will participate in the Balloon Release event for Camden Pierce Hughes.

6 year-old Camden's body was found Saturday, May 14, along a road in South Berwick, Maine. Camden's mother, Julianne McCrery of Irving, Texas, was taken into custody by police at a Massachusetts highway rest stop on Wednesday. She was arraigned in Portsmouth District Court on two charges of second-degree murder of her son and a charge of reckless endangerment. A probable cause hearing has been planned for May 26.

In memory of Camden, a global event has been planned for Saturday, May 21, encouraging "everyone" to place a paper note filled with inspirational messages for Camden inside a balloon or written on the balloon. The balloons are set to be released at sunset.

"This story touched every member of our staff at Fusion 5," said Fusion 5 employee Janel Evans. "After receiving the information for the balloon launch via Facebook we figured this would be a great way to show our support for him [Camden]."

Fusion 5 in Foxborough will provide the balloons. Evans suggests arriving to Fusion 5 by 5:30 p.m. in order to receive a balloon.
