Final Call For Mass Audubon Photo Contest

Deadline to enter is September 5.

The deadline to submit photographs to Mass Audubon’s second statewide photo contest, Picture This: Your Great Outdoors, is Monday, September 5. Send in your digital images that highlight the beauty and diversity of Massachusetts wildlife, habitats, and people in nature.

“We had such an amazing response to last year’s contest,” says Mass Audubon President Laura Johnson. “We received more than a thousand stunning images, and we hope that this year even more people will show us what inspires them to connect with the natural world.”

Entrants of all ages and abilities are invited to submit their photos. Two Grand Prize Winners’ photos (one student, one adult) will be featured on the cover of a Mass Audubon publication. Two winning entries for Best Mass Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary Photo will be featured inside a Mass Audubon publication. All winning entries, including Honorable Mentions, will be featured on Mass Audubon’s website (www.massaudubon.org), which receives more than a million visits per year.
