A Good Deed Remembers Those Lost on 9/11

Former Foxborough resident Cindy McGinty and Foxboro Never Forgets founder Chris Mitchell encourage everyone to a good deed today in honor of those who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001.

During Saturday’s McGinty Family Fun Day on Foxboro Common, Cindy McGinty and Foxboro Never Forgets founder Chris Mitchell asked the crowd in attendance to remember those who died during the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001 by doing a good deed for somebody in the name of a victim. “I think it is really important to do something in [a victim’s name] and if you don’t [know a name], do it in Mike’s name and help keep that day alive … help keep what happened in the immediate minutes after those terrible things on 9/11 that America really did come together,” said McGinty, a former Foxborough resident.
