Police Logs: Walpole Man Faces 7 Charges Following Hit and Run in Foxborough

A Walpole man was arrested Monday by Foxborough police on seven charges following an alleged motor vehicle hit and run in town. James A. McEachern, 23, of 25 Eldor Dr., Walpole was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon (switchblade), malicious destruction of property over $250, leaving scene of property damage, assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit crime (to wit kill/shoot) and malicious damage to motor vehicle following the alleged incident at 60 Railroad Ave. in Foxborough just before 10:30 p.m. Foxborough police received a call just before 10:30 p.m. from 60 Railroad Ave. reporting a motor vehicle hit and run with property damage.
