While President Barack Obama has reportedly won the state of Massachusetts, Gov. Mitt Romney won Foxborough by a slim margin - 4,798 to 4,745. Foxborough Town Clerk Bob Cutler said final voter turnout in town waas 86 percent - 9,776. "It was definitely within what I expected," Cutler said.
