Suspect Charged in Armed Robbery at Norwood Convenient Store Norwood Police have arrested a suspect in the armed robbery that took place in Norwood Center last Thursday. According to a Norwood Police statement, Joshua Johnson, 26, of 196 Fairmount Avenue Apt. 9 in Hyde Park, confessed to committing the robbery at the Norwood News Convenient Store after being arrested on an active warrant issued out of Suffolk Superior Court in Boston for an armed robbery and an additional charge of Heroin possession. Foxborough Man Arrested for Stealing From Construction Site Norwood Police arrested a Foxborough man early Thursday morning for larceny and drug possession after a citizen allegedly saw him take items out of a neighboring house. Lawrence Parnell, 38, of Foxborough, was charged with Larceny from a Building, Entering a Dwelling without Breaking to Commit a Felony, and Possession of a Class B Substance, Cocaine.
