The Foxborough High School baseball team has turned to a former captain and team MVP to coach the Warriors in 2013. FHS Athletic Director Caitlin Brown has named Chris Sullivan head coach of the baseball program, replacing Bill Sittig, who announced in December he would not be returning for his third season. The Boston Herald first reported the news on Twitter. Sullivan has a lengthy and impressive baseball resume both as a player and a coach. The longtime RBI Baseball Academy employee most recently coached the RBI Hawks 15U team. RBI's 14th Annual Fall Baseball League is currently accepting registrations for all age levels. Enrollment for each program is limited based on roster size and all players must pre-register through RBI's website or by calling 508-543-9595. Programs include Head Start (Ages 5-6), 8U, 10U, 12U, 13U, as well as the 15U & 18U Wood Bat Leagues and the 'Next Level' Strength & Conditioning Program. The season begins Saturday, September 10th and registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis until all rosters and programs are full. Weekly practices are held at RBI Baseball Academy in Foxboro while games are held at locations throughout the Foxboro area, mostly at the Booth Field Athletic Complex in Foxboro on South Street.
