May 16 10:26 p.m. – Patrolman David Foscaldo pulled over Andrew Lewis, 24, of 431 South Main St., Mansfield, on the corner of Commercial St. and Forbes Blvd. Lewis was arrested and charged with making an improper turn, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, refusing to identify himself, and under a straight warrant. May 17 1:17 a.m.– Patrolman Kerry Apgar pilled over Michael Smith, 40, of 45 Mechanic St., Foxborough. After pulling over Smith, Apgar allegedly discovered drugs and said that Smith was intoxicated. Hannon Jr. arrested Vanessa Cawley, 19, of 12 Yew Drive, Norwood, for attempting to use a fake ID card to purchase alcohol from the establishment. April 15 7:03 p.m. - Driving down Mechanic St, David J. Beatrice, 41, of 12 Foley Street, Apartment 2R, Attleboro, was pulled over by Patrolman David J. Foscaldo. Beatrice was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (subsequent offense), refusing to identify himself, possession of class B and C drugs (both subsequent offenses). Here is the police log for April 3 through April 7: April 3: 12:56pm - Marco Cruz of 179 Harold St Apt. 2, Providence, RI was arrested by Sergeant John Chamberlin after being pulled over at the intersection of Mechanic Street and Route 95 South. After being pulled over, Cruz was arrested on charges of not being in possession of a license and failing to signal. 3:30pm - Ranuflo Luther Raposo was arrested by Detective Thomas Kirrane at Foxboro Federal Savings and Loan. Raposo was arrested and charged with four counts of attempting to commit larceny, four counts of identity fraud and one count of uttering a false document. Four OUI arrests in an 8-hour time period.
St. Patrick's Day celebrations were a headache for the Foxborough Police Department. A total of four people were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in an eight-hour period on Friday, March 18. St. Patrick's Day - Protective Custody: Three people were taken into protective custody for public intoxication directly outside Waxy O'Connor's Irish Pub & Restaurant. A fourth man was found walking on Chestnut Street, near the Pub. Driving under the Influence, Waxy O'Connor's parking lot. At 12:45 a.m. March 18, Kerri E.
