Lovers’ Quarrel Reportedly Led to Arrest of Foxborough High School Wrestling Coach A lovers’ quarrel between Foxborough residents James Fraser and his wife is reportedly what led to the high school wrestling coach’s arrest Sunday, according to police reports. Fraser, 45, was arrested Sunday following an alleged altercation with his wife at their Sherman Street home and charged with domestic assault and battery and attempted murder by strangulation. Fraser was arraigned in Wrentham District Court Monday and released on $2,000 cash bail, according to court documents. Police Logs: Foxborough Man Arrested on Second OUI Drug Charge in Mansfield

The following information was provided by the Mansfield Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Monday, Jan. 14: 9:32 p.m. - After receiving a call concerning a "highly intoxicated driver" in a white BMW, Mansfield Police pulled the vehicle over on Chauncy Street. The driver, Joseph Mancinelli Jr., 20, of 22 Shoreline Dr., Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for an OUI, a second charge of operating under the influence of drugs, having an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of a Class C drug.

Police Logs: Mansfield Man Turns Self in to Foxborough Police

Sunday, Jan. 13: 11 a.m. – A 28-year-old Mansfield man was taken into protective custody from Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill at Patriot Place. 8:59 p.m. – An 18-year-old Mansfield woman was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the YMCA on Mechanic Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Tuesday, Jan. 15: 7:39 p.m. – Shane Thomas McCarthy, 20, of Mansfield turned himself in to Foxborough police on an active WMS warrant.
