VIDEO: Thousands Gather in Foxborough to Welcome Troy Brown into Patriots Hall of Fame

Troy Brown became the 19th member of the Patriots Hall of Fame Saturday - celebrating with friends, family, former teammates and thousands of fans.

Troy Brown worked hard and took advantage of every opportunity he was given in the National Football League during his 15-year career. The result was three Super Bowl championships and franchise records in receiving and special teams and defining the “Patriot Way.” On Saturday, Brown was inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame in front of thousands of fans outside the Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon. The ceremony began with an introduction of Patriots alumni from the 1960s, 70s and 80s before several of Brown’s former teammates from the 90s and three Super Bowl teams were introduced. PHOTOS: Injured Veterans Inspire with Ride Through Foxborough on Road to Recovery

Veterans participating in the Ride 2 Recovery Minuteman Challenge stopped by Raytheon Patriots Hall of Fame at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough for lunch Monday.

More than 200 cyclists, including injured veterans and their supporters, began their Ride 2 Recovery Minuteman Challenge sponsored by UnitedHealthcare Monday, making a stop in Foxborough on their way to Providence, R.I. The Minuteman Challenge is a six-day, 330-mile ride from Boston to New York City with stops in Providence, Hartford and New London. On Monday, the veterans passed through Foxborough and stopped at Gillette Stadium for lunch. New England Patriots linebacker Eric Alexander visited with the veteran riders. Ride 2 Recovery is a nonprofit organization that supports physical and psychological rehabilitation programs for injured veterans, featuring cycling as its core activity. Bledsoe and Morris Receive Fan Accolades

A very emotional Jon Morris and Drew Bledsoe spoke to the enormous crowd outside the Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon, during their induction ceremony into the Patriots Hall of Fame on Saturday.

"This is the greatest moment of my life," said a very emotional Jon Morris during his Patriots Hall of Fame induction speech Saturday outside the Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon. Drew Bledsoe, also inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame Saturday, mirrored that sentiment, choking up with tears several times during his speech as the droves of fans who showed up shouted, "we love you Drew."  Bledsoe was the first overall selection in the 1993 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. He played with the team from 1993-2001 and led them to Super Bowl XXXI, a game that they lost to the Green Bay Packers. Patriots Hall of Fame Induction Sept. 17 in Foxborough

Patriots Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony for Drew Bledsoe and Jon Morris will be September 17.

Drew Bledsoe and Jon Morris are the Patriots 2011 Hall of Fame inductees. Both will be honored in a ceremony outside The Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17. The event, which takes place the day before the Patriots 2011 regular season home opener versus the San Diego Chargers, is free and open to the public. Bledsoe and Morris will receive their red Patriots Hall of Fame blazers and their Hall of Fame trophies. They will also have the opportunity to speak to their fans, who will gather on Patriot Place Plaza for the ceremony.
