Norfolk County DA Offers Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Addiction Prevention Posters Online

Norfolk County DA Michael Morrissey has produced posters with domestic violence, sexual assault, substance abuse and prescription drug disposal resources for the Norfolk County region. They can be printed from the Media/Press section of www.norfolkda.com.

Foxborough Man Who Threatened Selectman Over Casino Vote Arrested Again

Michael Viscardi, 40, of 1 Spruce St. Foxborough was arrested for allegedly violating the harassment prevention order that was a condition of his probation after pleading guilty to threatening a Foxborough selectman over a casino vote in April.

The Foxborough man who pled guilty in July to threatening a Foxborough selectman during the debate over whether a casino should be built in town was arrested Monday at 9:40 a.m. for allegedly violating the harassment prevention order that was a condition of his probation, according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey’s Office. Michael Viscardi, 40, a local construction worker of 1 Spruce St. Foxborough, pled not guilty Tuesday to violating the harassment prevention order that was a condition of his probation following Wrentham District Court’s ruling in July of the April incident involving Foxborough Board of Selectmen vice chair Mark Sullivan.
