FOXBOROUGH PATCH STORM CENTRAL UPDATES, CLOSINGS & MORE: Saturday, Feb. 9- 5:20 p.m. Primo's Sandwich Shopon Mechanic Street is open until 8 p.m. Saturday for anybody who worked up an appetite from Blizzard of 2013. Primo's will also be open Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Stop on by! 4:03 p.m. Foxborough Moves On to 'Snow Removal Phase' of Blizzard '13 Foxborough DPW Director Roger Hill says "things are improving" on the roads but there's a lot more traffic around town now. Hill says break-up on the roads is occurring slower than he had hoped because temperatures have remained "very cold." …
