Snow Made for 'Terrible' Morning Commute Thursday in Foxborough Area
Many Foxborough Patch readers expressed frustration with Thursday morning's commute throughout the area.
Snow covered roads Thursday made for an unpleasant commute for many Foxborough Patch readers, who collective described road conditions as "terrible." We took to Facebook to ask how the morning commute was for our readers throughout the area and this is what they had to say: Ramona Kingsley said: "Foxborough roads stink!!! ... drove to Norton this morning and roads in Mansfield and Norton were all clear!!!" Raquel L. Auriemma said: "At 6:30 a.m., very slow going from Foxborough into Sharon. I saw plows/sand trucks in Sharon, but even those roads weren't in great shape." I'm glad you didn't let your newly licensed driver out on the road this morning, but like I said...put them on the buses! We have schedules to make and can't because of excess traffic and bad road conditions...but we HAVE to be out there. All the cars do not! As for the crossing guard, she is not there for the cars...she is there for the walkers and to get the buses in and out. She gets on her …   more ›
