Friday, May 3: 1:12 a.m. - Craig Boragine, 26, of Foxborough was arrested for operation of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Police Logs: Foxborough Man Arrested on Second OUI Drug Charge in Mansfield

Monday, Jan. 14: 9:32 p.m. - After receiving a call concerning a "highly intoxicated driver" in a white BMW, Mansfield Police pulled the vehicle over on Chauncy Street. The driver, Joseph Mancinelli Jr., 20, of 22 Shoreline Dr., Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for an OUI, a second charge of operating under the influence of drugs, having an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of a Class C drug.

Foxborough Joins Mansfield’s Conversation Regarding Safety at Comcast Center

Foxborough Police Chief Edward O'Leary and Fire Chief Roger Hatfield spoke with Mansfield town officials about safety issues and concerns at the Comcast Center.

MANSFIELD – Foxborough Chief of Police Edward O’Leary and Fire Chief Roger Hatfield each met with Mansfield town officials during Wednesday’s Board of Selectmen meeting to contribute to the town’s conversation involving security at the Comcast Center. According to Mansfield Patch, selectmen were engaged in a “heated discussion” at Wednesday’s meeting regarding the issue of security and alcohol at the Comcast Center in the wake of two deaths, an attempted rape charge and other violent incidents during these concerts. Mansfield selectmen reportedly spoke to many law enforcement officials in an effort to find effective ways to curtail drug use and alcohol consumption, primarily underage drinking. Attleboro Man At Large After Allegedly Stealing Foxborough Man’s Vehicle

Jose Silvestre of Attleboro is still active after stealing a vehicle from the Canoe River Campgrounds.

An Attleboro man was issued a summons arrest by Mansfield Police Monday after he allegedly stole a Foxborough man’s vehicle but has yet to be apprehended, according to police. Jose Silvestre, 38, of Attleboro was issued a summons arrest Monday for larceny of a motor vehicle and felony larceny. The owner of the vehicle – a Foxborough resident – called police to report 30 minutes prior to the call, Silvestre had stolen his 2004 Kia Optima from the Canoe River Campgrounds. Mansfield Operations Lt. UPDATE: Mansfield Teen Dies in Foxborough Car Crash

Mansfield teen Michaela Smith dead in rollover early Saturday morning.

Friends have identified Saturday morning's crash victim as 16-year-old Mansfield High School junior Michaela Smith. Foxborough Police released a statement Saturday that said at approximately 3:20 a.m. today they responded to a call reporting an overturned vehicle on Commercial Street near the intersection of Walnut Street. A second occupant of the vehicle was med flighted to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries. Foxborough, the Massachusetts State Police Accident Reconstruction Section and the Norfolk County District Attorney's office will continue to investigate the crash. At this time speed appears to be a contributing factor. Grief counselors were on hand on Saturday for students. Many friends decided to drop flowers at the scene…

You should probably look up the definition of sad. If my words (or anyone else's for that matter) make you "sad" then that's pretty pathetic. You should probably be sad about a stupid accident that should probably have been avoided altogether that killed two very young people. THAT is sad.
