Intoccia In The Clear, For Now

Michael Intoccia submits last minute payments of real estate taxes and debts to the town.

Last evening's board of selectmen meeting included a public hearing to determine whether or not to suspend or revoke M.J Holding Corporation Manager, Michael Intoccia’s, liquor license at Christina’s Grill and Function for failure to pay real estate taxes and other debts on time to the town. According to town records, Intoccia owed $23,159.11 in taxes that “had been delinquent for over a year.” Intoccia was not present at the meeting, and instead was represented by his lawyer Robert Shelmerdine. Shelmerdine confirmed that payment for interest fees, penalties, and taxes were paid in full prior to the start of the meeting.
