@Steve: Commissioners said the rate increase is happening because the enterprise account has not brought in enough revenue to cover the water department's bills. This round of increases will not get the town any closer to addressing its water problem but it is my understanding the Commissioners will look at more rate increases in six months and will need to draft a capital improvement plan to …   more ›
