George G. Hyland, Jr., O.P., age 73, passed away at his home on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012 surrounded by the comfort of his loving family. Born Jan. 23, 1939 of Mary E. (Malloy) and George G. Hyland, Sr. George was the treasured husband of the late Barbara C. Hyland, State Representative, and devoted father of three: Beth Anne, Kevin, and Dana Hyland. Beloved brother to Brenna Flaherty of Wellesley; Debby Hyland of Mashpee; Robert Hyland of North Falmouth, Mary-Ellen and her husband Chauncy Batchelor of St. Louis, MO, Anne Cecile, Thomas Hyland of Weymouth and several wonderful nieces and nephews.
