The Foxborough Board of Selectmen took time at Tuesday’s meeting to recognize local Eagle Scout Tim Smith for his accomplishment and thank him for his volunteerism in town. Smith, a member of Boy Scouts Troop 32, recently achieved the Eagle Scout rank following completion of his project. Smith chose to maintain the burial sites of all veterans at the Rockhill Cemetery in Foxborough to “reflect the respect due to those who served their country,” according to the BOS official citation. “We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the hours of time you have spent organizing this endeavor, along with the assistance of Foxborough’s Veterans Agent Michael Johns and other volunteers,” selectman Lorraine Brue read on behalf of the BOS. …
