Waxy O'Connor's Irish Pub is allegedly in violation of its liquor license for the fourth time since 2011 after Foxborough Police reported the establishment served alcohol to a minor during a September compliance check operation in town. The alleged violation could lead to significant consequences for the Main Street establishment if found guilty.
