UPDATE: Foxborough High School Wrestling Coach Faces Attempted Murder Charges

Foxborough resident and high school wrestling coach James Fraser was released on $2,000 bail following his arraignment Monday at Wrentham District Court following Sunday’s arrest.

Police Logs: Woman Arrested After Attempting to Cash Counterfeit Check in Foxborough

Arrest reported in Foxborough’s police logs from Nov. 5.

Monday, Nov. 5: 3 p.m. – Dwauna A. Hyatt, 31, of Brockton was arrested at Foxboro Federal Savings after allegedly attempting to cash a counterfeit check. Patrolmen David J. Foscaldo and Shawn R. McKay responded to the scene and made the arrest. Hyatt has been charged with two counts forgery of check, utter false check and attempt to commit crime to wit larceny.

Foxborough Police Arrests: Local Man Charged with OUI and Underage Possession of Liquor

Arrests reported from Foxborough’s police logs from Aug. 29 to Sept. 1.

Wednesday, Aug. 29: 10:09 p.m. (Motor vehicle stop) – Ryan P. Rega, 25, of 36 Winsor St., East Providence, R.I., was arrested on a default warrant at the I-95 ramp on Commercial Street following a motor vehicle stop. Friday, Aug. 31: 2:32 p.m. (Suspicious activity) - Brett Michael Walker, 18, of 17 Baker St., Foxborough, was arrested on a straight warrant charge on Baker Street. Saturday, Sept. 1: 3:40 a.m. (Suspicious activity) – Robert S. Flagg, 20, of 20 Oak St., Foxborough, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor on Cocasset Street and Chestnut Street and under 21 possession of liquor.

Foxborough Police Arrests: Rhode Island Man Charged with Assault & Battery, Malicious Destruction of Property

Arrests reported from Foxborough’s police logs from Sunday, Aug. 5.

Sunday, Aug. 5: 12:39 a.m. – Tyler J. Bain, 29, of 425 Providence St. Apt. #1R, Woonsocket, R.I. was arrested following a reported domestic disturbance on Mechanic Street and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (hands and feet), three counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 and intimidating a witness. Police reports say Bain allegedly “trashed” his mother’s apartment on Mechanic Street after receiving an “upsetting phone call.” Bain’s mom said her son “got a phone call and got upset and went into the bedroom,” according to police reports. Bain, who allegedly had been drinking, reportedly set his mattress on fire, according to police reports, which triggered the apartment’s fire alarm…

Foxborough Police Arrests: OUI Child Endangerment, Warrants and Assault and Battery

Arrests reported from Foxborough’s police logs from July 29 to Aug. 6.

Monday, July 30: 8 a.m. – Alexander Mullens, 18, of 77 Morse St., Foxborough was arrested on Chestnut Street and charged with domestic assault and battery and larceny over $250. 9:05 p.m. – Patricia A. Suchy, 27, 400 Foxborough Blvd. Apt. #8203, Foxborough was arrested at the Lodge at Foxborough and charged on a straight warrant. Saturday, Aug. 4: 3:04 a.m. – Stanley R. Greene, 42, of 163 Harold St. Apt. #1, Dorchester was arrested on Central Street and charged with a default warrant. 10:12 p.m. – Suzanne M. Devaney, 46, of 213 High St. Apt. #1R Woonsocket, R.I. was arrested on Route 95 South and charged with OUI liquor, OUI endangerment of child under 14, negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.
