Saturday, March 30: 9 a.m. – Michael A. Boyce, 33, of Weymouth was arrested and charged with operation of motor vehicle with license suspended, operation of motor vehicle with registration revoked, uninsured motor vehicle and Possession of Class A Drug (Heroin) following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street near Lincoln Road. Foxborough police officer David Foscaldo made the arrest.

Friday, March 29: 1:49 p.m. – Robert M Perry Jr., 56, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and larceny under $250. Foxborough police received a call reporting an intoxicated male party at Putnam Village near Lot 15. Officers David Foscaldo and Charles Gallagher responded to the scene. Officer Foscaldo reported Perry was observed entering a motor vehicle.

Foxborough resident James Fraser, arrested Sunday on attempted murder charges following an alleged altercation with his wife, will appear in Wrentham District Court on May 9th for a probable cause hearing.

A lovers’ quarrel between Foxborough residents James Fraser and his wife is reportedly what led to the high school wrestling coach’s arrest Sunday, according to police reports. Fraser, 45, was arrested Sunday following an alleged altercation with his wife at their Sherman Street home and charged with domestic assault and battery and attempted murder by strangulation. Fraser was arraigned in Wrentham District Court Monday and released on $2,000 cash bail, according to court documents. Fraser is due back in Wrentham District Court on May 9th for a probable cause hearing. …
