Police Logs: Franklin Woman Charged with OUI in Foxborough

Sunday, May 11th: 3:06 a.m. – Breanna A. Scaringello, 18, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor near Central Street in Foxborough after police were called to the area for a reported assault.   At 3:13 a.m., a caller reported there was a man at her door requesting to come inside. He reportedly told the caller he was assaulted by a neighbor. The caller told police she did not know the person and would not let him inside the house. The caller told police when she told the man at her door she was calling the police he replied, “please do” and waited at the door. Police arrived and transported the man to the residence he said he was assaulted at. The man was then transported to Shaw’s plaza in Sharon and Sharon police …

Burt, 47, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle on Commercial Street near Walnut Street. 6:14 p.m. – Peter Walsh, 48, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, straight warrant and no inspection sticker following a motor vehicle stop on East Street. Friday, May 10: 7:25 p.m. – A 21-year-old Wakefield man was removed from Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill and taken into protective custody. Sunday, May 12: 9:14 p.m. – Michael P. Foxborough Police Investigating Overnight Break-In of Route 1 Dunkin’ Donuts

Suspects reportedly got away with “a large jar of change” and damaged the restaurant’s drive-thru window.

Foxborough police are investigating a break-in that occurred overnight at the 16 Washington St. Dunkin’ Donuts on Route 1. An alarm company notified police of the break-in, reporting the restaurant’s motion detector and cash office alarms were triggered just after 2 a.m. Tuesday, according to Foxborough Police Chief Edward O’Leary. “Upon arrival, an officer saw the drive-thru window had been smashed out and they initiated a search of the immediate area,” O’Leary said. Foxborough received assistance from Walpole police and a K-9 unit, which was able to track a scent to Meadowview Road, according to O’Leary. “The dog did attract a scent over to the Meadowview Road area, which is behind the Dunkin’ Donuts site but then lost the track there,” …
