Saturday, June 8: 9:11 p.m. – Bonnie J. McKenzie, 57, of Plainville was arrested and charged with OUI liquor second offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation following a motor vehicle accident on South Street. Police received a 911 call reporting a motor vehicle accident involving a 2006 Toyota Corolla and a camper on the property at 226 South St. No injuries were reported. Police reported lawn damage to the property at 226 South St. and a utility pole.

Friday, June 7: 12:52 p.m. – A 59-year-old Attleboro man was taken into protective custody after he was reportedly intoxicated when walking into NORCAP Lodge on Walnut Street without an appointment. The man refused to leave the building and was removed by police. Saturday, June 8: 4:54 p.m. – Christopher Edward Parkki, 35, of Quincy, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, default warrant, common & notorious thief and destruction of property over $250 following a reported shoplifting incident at CVS in Foxborough. CVS Pharmacy called police just before 7 p.m. to report a man just stole razors from the store. The man, described as a white male with a white hat, was reportedly seen running towards the center of town. The man, later identified as Parkki, was found at the rear of the Cocasset building by the Verizon building. Parkki was taken into custody and transported to Norwood Hospital for an evaluation.

Alert resident dialed 911 after seeing two men allegedly taking items out of town clothing donation bins.
Two Brockton men were arrested last Thursday after allegedly breaking into and removing items from the clothing donation bins behind Saint Mary’s Church on Carpenter Street. Jose Teixeira, 41, and Domingos Depina, 54, both of Brockton, were arrested and each charged with breaking into a depository and larceny over $250 following the incident, according to Foxborough Police. Police said they received a 911 call just before 9 p.m. Thursday from a “vigilant citizen” who observed the two men in a blue van taking items out of the clothing donation bins behind Saint Mary’s Church. “The witness was able to provide police with a description of the suspect vehicle, registration and direction of travel,” police said via its Facebook page. Thursday, May 30: 3:39 p.m. – Shawn D. Sanford, 43, of Norton, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle after a nearby pedestrian informed police the Norton resident was allegedly drinking alcohol in the parking lot of Dairy Queen. Sanford was arrested after he reportedly registered a .283 on a preliminary breath test. 10:40 p.m. – Nichole E. Manna, 34, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of motor vehicle following a motor vehicle accident in the area of Commercial Street and Forbes Boulevard. Thursday, May 23: 8:44 p.m. – Jordan T. Bombardier, 20, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, default warrant, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (lit cigarette) and intimidating a witness following a domestic disturbance at Belcher Lane residence. Police reported an abandoned 911 call came from a residence on Belcher Lane and no answer on call back. Police responded to the area to check on the residence and reported a “possible domestic disturbance.” Police spoke to the victim of the alleged assault and advised her of her 209A rights, which she declined.

Saturday, May 25: 8:24 a.m. – Caller from a Maple Avenue rental unit reported his landlord kicked in his door and attempted to assault him with a stick. Police responded and confirmed there was a forced entry to the caller’s unit by the landlord, who lives in another unit at the Maple Avenue residence. John H. Slade, 48, of 9 Maple St., Apt. #2, Foxborough, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering daytime for felony, armed, person in fear and malicious destruction of property over $250.

Three teenagers were arrested Sunday night on armed robbery charges after allegedly assaulting and robbing a 16-year-old Halifax boy outside Pine Tree Gardens apartment complex on Chestnut Street, according to Foxborough police logs. A 17-year-old Sharon man, 16-year-old Sharon boy and a 16-year-old Foxborough boy were each arrested and charged with armed robbery, conspiracy and larceny over $250 following the incident. Sunday, May 11th: 3:06 a.m. – Breanna A. Scaringello, 18, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor near Central Street in Foxborough after police were called to the area for a reported assault. At 3:13 a.m., a caller reported there was a man at her door requesting to come inside. He reportedly told the caller he was assaulted by a neighbor. The caller told police she did not know the person and would not let him inside the house. The caller told police when she told the man at her door she was calling the police he replied, “please do” and waited at the door.
