The Foxborough High girls' tennis team loses to Hopkinton in Division 2 South finals.
The following are the tournament results for the Foxborough High athletic teams. Girls' Tennis: Foxborough lost to Hopkinton, 3-2, Saturday, in Division 2 South finals at Hopkinton High. The Warriors finished the season with 21-1. In the semifinals Thursday, Foxborough defeated Scituate, 3-0. Foxborough defeated Sharon, 3-2, Tuesday at the Brown-Bilone Tennis Club in North Easton. Foxborough defeated Bishop Stang, 4-1, Monday at the Brown/Bilore TC in North Easton in the first round. Boys' Lacrosse: Foxborough lost to Concord-Carlise, 11-3, Tuesday as the Warriors ended their season with a 15-3 record. The Foxborough High girls' lacrosse team will be going over the bridge to play Sandwich today in a 4 p.m. start in the first round of the tournament, while the boys' lacrosse team will be opening up play against Silver Lake at home. 3. The Igo School first graders will be going to the Roger Williams Zoo. 4. Senior finals will be held at Foxborough High from 7:45-11:15 a.m. 5. The weather today is calling isolated thunderstorms with a high of 79 and a low of 67.

Foxborough will be celebrating Memorial Day at 9 a.m. Monday.
1. The Foxborough Memorial Day Ceremony will start at 9 a.m., Monday. Everyone is invited to attend the services on the common. Those who are marching in the parade are asked to meet at the Foxboro American Legion by 8:45 a.m. Coffee, soda and pastry will be available at the Legion after the parade. 2. The Foxborough High girls' lacrosse team will play Martha's Vineyard in the Division 2 South Saturday at home at 11 a.m. 3. The Foxborough Memorial Day Tournament is going on the weekend in town with local youth soccer teams participating. The tournament goes from May 26-28. Good luck to the Foxborough teams. 4. It's election day in Foxborough. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Ahern School.
1. Election Day is here with a large turnout expected to vote at the Ahern School from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 2. The Foxborough High softball team will be hosting Stoughton in a 3:30 p.m. game, while the girls' tennis team will be hosting the Black Knights. The Foxborough baseball team will be traveling to Stoughton, while the Foxborough girls' lacrosse squad is at Ursuline Academy. 3. The Taylor School Art Show will be Tuesday from 6:30-8 p.m. 4. Taylor Talent will be on display tonight as the school hosts the fourth grade talent show.
1. The fourth grade talent show will be held at the Taylor Elementary School from 7-8:30 p.m. 2. Foxborough High School is hosting the Model Senate today for 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 3. Both the Foxborough High boys' and girls' lacrosse teams will be in action today. The boys will be home against Canton at 3:30 p.m., while the girls are at Canton at 4:15 p.m. 4. The Foxborough Board of Assessors will be meeting at town hall at 4:30 p.m. 5. Today will start off in the high 40s before warming up to 55 degrees this afternoon under partly cloudy skies. It will be 48 degrees tonight.

The Foxborough High girls' lacrosse team will be opening up its season Friday against Bellingham.
1. The town's annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday at the Foxborough Town Common at 10 a.m. 2. You can have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny at the Patriot Place Activity Center, Saturday, from 9:30-10:45 a.m. 3. The Chilli Bowl Cookoff to benefit the Hockomock YMCA's "Reach Out for Youth Campaign" will be held Saturday at Patriot Place. 4. The Foxborough High girls' lacrosse team will be opening up its season Friday at home against Bellingham in a 3:45 p.m. start. 5. It's going to be a rainy start today with showers before clearing later in the day. Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 48.
