The Foxborough High baseball team can qualify for the Division 3 state tournament with a win over Canton Wednesday,
Led by two first inning runs, the Stoughton High baseball team beat visiting Foxborough, 4-0, Monday afternoon. Foxborough was held without a hit for the first 4 and 1/3 innings as Stoughton Pitcher Mike Gallegher turned in another solid effort for the Black Knights. "He doesn't do anything flashy, but he goes at guys; he works fast; he gets himself in a good tempo. He has control of the strike zone and kept us off balance a little bit," Foxborough coach Billy Sittig said.
