Ellen S. Pepi (Smith), 73, of Foxborough, died Monday July 16, 2012. She was the wife of the late Jerome S. Pepi, who died in 2010. Born Aug. 18, 1938 in Boston, a daughter of the late Henry F. & Rose A. (Kenney) Smith, she was a resident of Foxborough since 1992 and was a former resident of North Attleboro. She was raised and educated in the Dorchester section of Boston, and attended the Massachusetts College of Art for painting and textile design. She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker and worked for a time as a legal secretary with a Boston law firm.
