Foxborough's Board of Selectmen took a moment before Tuesday's meeting to reflect and pray for those affected by the Dec. 14 shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. that took the lives of 26 people, including 20 children. "There is absolutely nothing I can say that I’m sure you haven’t thought of," said Foxborough Board of Selectmen chair James DeVellis regarding the school shooting in Connecticut.
