Foxborough DPW Director Roger Hill and the town’s Water & Sewer Commissioners joined resident Shannon Sylvia’s Foxboro Cable Access program, Foxboro Biz, to discuss the town’s brown water problems.
Acknowledging that Foxborough residents need answers regarding the town’s problems with brown water, DPW Director Roger Hill and the Board of Water & Sewer Commissioners recently appeared on a Foxboro Cable Access program to discuss the issue. Ok so I watched the video. Where in there was how are we going to pay for this increase in flow?? Is it going to be passed on to us via our water bill or in our property taxes?? They don’t expect us to believe that this isn’t going to cost us anything do they?? I think avoiding this topic was very irresponsible.
