Help Clear a Fire Hydrant and We'll Bring You Hot Coffee

Send a photo or call and let us know where you are working and we will deliver a hot coffee and doughnut to you to say thanks.

With all this snow piling up higher and higher on the streets, it is easy to forget about the fire hydrants buried beneath the snow near your home. Fire hydrants are crucial to the local fire departments in an emergency. When you come upon a hydrant, or know of one that you have not seen shoveled out yet, help the fire and highway departments by clearing out the snow. Send us a photo of you shoveling one out in Foxborough—or just let us know you're out there—and we'll personally deliver to you a cup of hot chocolate or coffee and a doughnut. E-mail Courtney.Jansson@Patch.com to let us know where you're clearing a hydrant, with a photo attached if possible, or call 774-232-2323. Let us know where and we can meet you.
