The following meetings and events will be held in Foxborough this week. Monday, Nov. 5: Foxborough Water and Sewer Commission, 7 p.m. at Water Department Office: Foxborough’s Water and Sewer Commissioners will meet to discuss the proposed sewer district and estimated completion date. The board is also expected to discuss administration of the billboard advertising contract with FXP and possible RFP for re-use water tank. Other topics expected to be discussed, include: Foxborough Conservation Commission, 7 p.m. at lower level meeting room of Town Hall: ConCom will meet Monday to review the compost facility operations on East Belcher Road.
