Cupcake Charlie's is now open for business at Patriot Place in Foxborough after a successful grand opening celebration Saturday. The family event featured cupcake giveaways, face painting, a photo booth, DJ and games for childern. The award-winning cupcake bakery is expected to open in Patriot Place's North Marketplace by the end of April.
