From Monday, April 29 to Friday, May 17, you can make a difference by cleaning out your closet and bringing donations to the outdoor drop box located at The Sage School, 171 Mechanic St.
For the second year in a row, The Sage School is partnering with Cradles to Crayons (C2C) and the greater Foxborough community to collect, repurpose, and distribute new and gently used children’s essentials to children in Massachusetts. From Monday, April 29 to Friday, May 17, you can make a difference by cleaning out your closet and bringing these critically needed donations to the outdoor drop box located at The Sage School, 171 Mechanic St. Critically needed donation items include boys’ clothing, school supplies and binders, and books - particularly baby board books. Patriot Place, a popular family destination for school vacation week activities, has announced its schedule for April school vacation. The signature school vacation event and a Patriots Day tradition is the opportunity to take photos on the Gillette Stadium field. Patriot Place and its charitable partner Cradles to Crayons will give Patriots fans the chance to receive a professional photo on the field with the Patriots Cheerleaders and Pat Patriot on Monday, April 15. The photo will be available for free download following the event. Simply donate either a pair of “new or gently used” youth jeans or $20 to Cradles to Crayons for admission. Patriot Place will kick off the holiday season in Foxborough on Monday, Nov. 19 with a Holiday Lights Spectacular. The event will feature an inaugural musical lights show on Patriot Place’s new NRG Solar Canopy and the annual lighting of the Cradles to Crayons Holiday Giving Tree. Visitors will be greeted with live holiday music, caroling, Santa and other special guests. The Patriot Place Street Team will be on site with giveaways, prizes and more. The giving tree, benefiting Patriot Place’s charitable partner, Cradles to Crayons, features ornaments containing a holiday request from a child in need.
