The lawsuit against three Kraft Companies for the death of two women following a 2008 car crash after a Country Music Festival concert at Gillette Stadium will go to trial.
CORRECTION (11:41 a.m., Dec. 11, 2012) - Norfolk County Superior Court Judge Patrick Brady dismissed the lawsuit against The Kraft Group and Patriots owner and CEO Robert Kraft last Friday but ruled that the lawsuit against three Kraft companies, FXP, NPS and TeamOps, can go to trial. It was reported in an earlier version of this story that the lawsuit against Robert Kraft can go to trial, which is inaccurate. Country music star Kenny Chesney’s two-day ‘No Shoes Nation’ Tour stop in Foxborough will be Friday and Saturday, Aug. 23-24, 2013.
Country music star Kenny Chesney is returning to Foxborough for two nights in 2013, annoucing he will add a second show in August at Gillette Stadium as part of his "No Shoes Nation" tour. Chesney, along with several other country music stars, will be in Foxborough on Aug. 23-24, 2013 for the 10th annual New England Country Music Festival, better known as "Country Fest." Gillette Stadium announced Chesney added the additional show in Foxborough due to overwhelming demand for his Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013 concert. Chesney hold the Gillette Stadium record for most sold out concerts with eight and is expected to continue that sellout streak when tickets for both shows go on sale on Saturday, Dec. 8 at ticketmaster.com. Kenny Chesney announced Thursday he will return to Gillette Stadium on Aug. 24, 2013, making a summer stop in Foxborough for the eighth time since 2006. Chesney has helped make the annual New England Country Music Festival at Gillette Stadium the largest concert series in New England, selling out Gillette Stadium each year from 2006 to 2009, and then again for two nights each in 2011 and 2012. These parents should be ashamed of themselves. This is the kind of behavior that is pulling America down. Those young ladies were responsible for their actions, but not in the eyes of many modern Americans.
