Police Logs: Hanover Man Faces Attempted Murder Charges Following Assault in Foxborough

Sunday, Jan. 13: 6:03 a.m. - Roger L. Coutu, 47 of 27 Phillips St., Hanover, was arrested and charged with assault to murder (choking victim) and attempted murder following an assault on Garfield Street in Foxborough. The assault did not involve a weapon of any kind, according to police.
