Foxborough Police Logs: Man Arrested on Multiple Rape Charges

Thursday, July 5: 10:56 a.m. – Phillip T. Moen, 81 of 4748 Monument Rd., Jasper, Ga. was arrested at Logan Airport in Boston on multiple rape and indecent assault and battery charges as a result of a follow-up investigation, according to Foxborough Police logs. The arrest was initiated by Foxborough Police Lt. John F. Hannon Jr. Moen faces three counts of rape of a child with force and four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years old.
