The local results are in from Tuesday's General Election. See how Foxborough voted: LIVE 2012 FOXBOROUGH ELECTION RESULTS Obama-Biden Elizabeth Warren Joseph Kennedy III UPDATE (9 p.m.) - The results are in (see below). While President Barack Obama has reportedly won the state of Massachusetts, Gov. Mitt Romney won Foxborough by a slim margin - 4,798 to 4,745. Foxborough Town Clerk Bob Cutler said final voter turnout in town waas 86 percent - 9,776. "It was definitely within what I expected," Cutler said.  Cutler said earlier in the week he expected about 85 percent voter turnout. Foxborough Town Clerk Expects 85 Percent Voter Turnout for Tuesday's Election

Polls open Tuesday at 6 a.m. at Ahern Middle School in Foxborough for the 2012 State and Presidential Election.

Foxborough Town Clerk Robert Cutler said he expects 85 percent of the town's 11,403 registered voters to turnout for Tuesday's State and Presidential Election at Ahern Middle School. That would be about the same turnout the town saw for the 2008 State and Presidential Election when Barack Obama defeated John McCain to become the 44th President of the United States. Foxborough saw 84.5 percent voter turnout in 2008 with 9,149 out of 10,836 voters making it out to the polls at Ahern Middle School.
