UPDATE: Route 24 Rollover Victims from Norton The three victims in Thursday's single car rollover crash on Route 24 northbound on the Stoughton/Avon line are from Norton, according to Trooper Todd Nolan, a spokesperson for the Massachusetts State Police. 12-year-old Angel Pina was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash, which took place shortly before 5 p.m. on July 12. ... Sandra Ouellette, 36, was the operator of the vehicle, a 2004 Chevy Colorado, Nolan said. Ouellette is Pina's mother. ...
