The thing I find interesting is women are dead set against people that smoke but the major majorityRead More of them drink regularly. I suppose they justify it because booze won't give them lung cancer. So who cares about liver cancer, hardening of the arteries, heart disease, kidney failure, abdominal and bowel cancer and a permanent lose of thousands of brain cells with each drink. I have yet to see one report of a driver under the influence of nicotine killing anyone while driving. So heres lookin at ya drink up and put that cigarette out before ya kill somebody with second hand smoke and just use a car.

Combined flow in excess of the interceptor capacity is discharged to receiving waters by the regulators through CSO outlets. The City presently has 35 permitted CSOs, most of which activate during rain events. (Three additional outlets have been eliminated through separation or abandonment). Slower traffic should always move to the most extreme left lane possible. This promotes the movementRead More of traffic in all lanes, eliminates the potential of tailgate situations and the number of lane changes to get around slower moving vehicles thus reducing potential for blind spot accidents, enhances the smooth and rapid movement of traffic. Maybe most significantly it is the courteous thing to do! Brian, why are you so mean-spirited? I posted something in this thread, and now I am receiving allRead More the comments you post. And it seems you are quite an angry and intolerant person. My goodness, can't people have a discussion without you throwing so much mud at them personally? March has stayed with the issues and you attack the person instead of rebutting the actual issue. And as a side, it is interesting to me that Andrew immediately rebuked Americanwhiteboy's "asshat" statement, but never once called you out for making comments that were even more "un-neighborly". How about we all stick to discussing the issues, like March, and stop all the "bait and switch" tactics.

Just love the comments. Cry me a river. Good for whomever owns this beautiful home. There was aRead More time when people were not crazy jealous about other peoples good fortune and hard work. People aspired to be self sufficient and earned a living rather than expecting someone else to provide one. My graded parents were not educated but they lived within their means and my grandfather worked many jobs - whatever it took to raise a family. No handouts or public assistance would even be considered as it was not how our family would want it to be. Someone else was more needy even though our family had nothing to speak of. Stop your crying and get to work and quit bashing someone who was smarter, faster more motivated and more savvy to have a home like this... Stop playing the victim and worry about you and yours. And get some therapy...
