Brenda I have gone over my records of special order and curtains for Easter Delivery, unfortunately your name is not on that list. We take great attention that the fact that our customers want curtains at a certain time and our aim and goal is the best customer service in the curtain industry. Please feel free to return to Your Curtain Store for any style or special you need filled, and I will beat Curtain Closet on any prices for the same styles we carry. I personally drive to vendors to pick up my stock and special orders if a customer needs something at a certain time. Im sorry for any inconvenience!
I wasn't that pleased with the service from this store. I was promised my curtains for Easter, but didn't get them in time as promised. I didn't even get a phone call to tell me that they were still on backorder from the supplier. Some work needs to be done with the sales people and have better customer service. It's easy to sell something, but not easy to get someone to give you service. I would recomend that people should continue to use The Curtain Closet because they have a much better service and are much more dependable. They have a much better reputation.
This store is fantastic! Great selections and fabulous staff. I will definitely be going back. Conveniently located right off the highway too!
