This Weekend: Electric Run, Signature Drive to Repeal Casino Legislation, Blood Drive, and More

Electric Run at Gillette Stadium - Experience a 5K you have never seen before. Runners will go though five zones around Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place filled with lights and dance music before finishing on the field inside the stadium.

Drive-Thru Signature Gathering for Repeal the Casino Deal - Volunteers from Foxboro and surrounding communities will be standing with clipboards, pens and petitions in the Union Church of South Foxboro parking lot while you (and any other MA registered voters in your car) drive-thru and add your name to the petition that is being signed by thousands of voters across the state to place a question on the November 2014 ballot in an effort to repeal the Massachusetts slots/casino legislation. You don't even need to get out of your car! Just drive up, sign the petition, and drive away.

Blood Drive at Patriot Place - Featuring Special Patriots Guests! - The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation will host the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Brigham and Women's Hospital Blood Mobile for a public blood drive on Sunday, October 6, from 9 AM-3 PM at Patriot Place (directly across from Davio's Steakhouse). All blood collected during the drive will go directly to help patients at Dana-Farber and Brigham and Women's who depend on life-saving transfusions.

Donors will have the opportunity to meet special guests – including Patriots alumni, Patriots cheerleaders, and mascot Pat the Patriot – throughout the day, and everyone who gives blood will also receive a Patriots gift bag!

26th Annual Halloween Motorcycle Run - The 26th annual Halloween motorcycle run at Fusion Night Club and Bar will take place on Oct. 6. Registration for the ride starts at 10 a.m. and is $20 per rider, the ride starts at noon. 

This year we are setting up a watch area in the Rite Aid plaza in Canton starting at 11:30 a.m. Bring your kids to get their face painted and do some great activities!
