Cohasset River Park Pool Provides Escape From Heat

The local pool will be open daily from noon to 7 p.m.

Already experiencing one heatwave, the Cohasset River Recreation Area Pool is available to escape the hot days of rummer.

Located at 68 Mill Street, the pool will be open seven days a week from noon to 7 p.m. until Aug. 30. 

The pool is also available for private rental. Prices for private use start at $150 and go up base on usage and lifeguard costs.

Season passes for residents are $75 per person but only $150 for a family pass. Senior citizens can purchase passes for only $50 as in individual or $75 for a family. The park is also open for out of town residents who can buy a single pass for $155 or $255 for the family pass.

For those who only want to go for the day, it is $5 for an individual day pass and $8 for out of town users of the pool. A one day pass for families is $20. After 4 p.m., the price becomes $3 for in town residents, $1 for senior citizens, and $10 for families. The price for out of town guests drops to $5.
