With the MIAA experimenting with a tournament format for football, fans can expect a different schedule that usual for the Foxborough Warriors.
The Warriors will start the season on Friday night against Walople at Ahern Field and then on the road against Whitman-Hanson the next week before starting divisional play.
Unlike previous years, a tournament to crown the state champion will start on week nine, leaving the team with only seven regular season games and a bye. If the Warriors are eliminated from the tournament, a scheduling committee will select an opponent to make sure the team is still playing each week leading up to the end of the season.
There will also be no games against members of the Kelley-Rex Division with the exception of Mansfield on Thanksgiving.
Below is the schedule for the 2013 season. Home games are in bold.
