Warriors Wrap Up Regular Season With 2-1 Win Over Dedham

The Foxboro boys' soccer team finished the season yesterday afternoon the way they started it: With a victory over Dedham.

After a three game skid, the Warriors end the regular season with a two-game winning streak after a 2-1 win over the Marauders.

Devante Teixeira put the Warriors up 1-0 in the 31st minute with Brian Botrtolotti picking up the assist.

Dedham quickly tied things up only minutes later in the 35th minute from a goal by Santiego Alvarez but the Warriors took the lead again in the 44th minute with a goal from Billy Antoine.

Foxboro finishes the regular season with a record of 7-7-4 and will find out who they play in their first tournament game when the MIAA announces the pairings for soccer on Oct. 30.
