Police Report 62 Custodies at Sunday’s Patriots-49ers Game at Gillette Stadium

The following is a summary of police activity and incidents reported from Sunday's NFL regular season game between the New England Patriots and San Francisco 49ers at Gillette Stadium, as reported in Foxborough's police logs.

Sunday night’s New England Patriots football game at Gillette Stadium drew a crowd of 65,043; slightly less than the 65,435 at Gillette Stadium six days earlier to see the Pats take on the Houston Texans.

Foxborough Police Chief Edward O’Leary said there were 54 people taken into protective custody Sunday night and eight people arrested.

In addition to the 62 custodies reported, a caller at 6:31 p.m. told Foxborough Police a North Street resident was violating the town’s parking bylaw. Officer Foscaldo responded to the property in question and reported there were five cars parked behind the resident’s property on the lawn.

At 10:57 p.m., police received a report that a vehicle was caught on the railroad tracks on North Street. Annex Auto was notified to remove the vehicle and CSX was notified. The vehicle was removed from the railroad tracks at 11:31 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 16:

Arrests:

  • Robert Paul St. Louis, 49, of 146 Martin Ct., East Providence, R.I. was arrested and charged with two default warrants.
  • James Horton, 32, of 1552 La Playa Ave., San Diego, Calif. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • David Norald Beaudoin, 42, of 20 Amos Ct., Lewiston, Maine was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
  • Bradley John Nunes, 29, of 1267 Lakeside Dr., Sunnyvale, Calif. was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
  • Carlos Alberto Vicente, 53, of 115 Joshua’s Wy., Eastham was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.
  • Kevin Pellerin, 32, of 3 3rd Ave., Goffstown, N.H. was arrested and charged with assault and battery on police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, threat to commit crime.
  • Alex William Montalvo, 23, of 29 Maravista Rd., Worcester was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

  • A 30-year-old Springfield man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 39-year-old Smithfield, R.I. man was taken into protective custody.

  • A 32-year-old Wolcott, Conn. woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 30-year-old Salisbury, MD man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 31-year-old Torrington, Conn. man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 25-year-old Weatogue, Conn. woman was taken into protective custody.

The New England Patriots (10-4) will travel to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars Sunday before wrapping up the regular season at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, Dec. 30 against the Miami Dolphins. The Patriots won the AFC East for the fourth straight year, guaranteeing at least one home playoff game this season.
